Kathy, was very attentive and responsive from the very first meeting. She is extremely knowledgeable and her experience and presence is what drove us to continue to work with her for the nearly 9 month search for our new home. We appreciated her quick responses to all of our calls, texts and emails. She made the selling and buying process less stressful and everything went very smooth at both closings.
