A five star rating for Kathy…we have worked together previously and enjoyed a similar successful outcome. In the latest version of our engagement we had another challenge to meet and we were able to navigate to a conclusion that benefited all parties involved in the endeavor. Kudos all around as there were inevitable headwinds to manage in order to achieve the desired outcome…especially as the clock and calendar were ticking away and the seasonal changes present additional obstacles to navigate. Many thanks to all parties and Best Fishes 🐠🐠🐠 in the New Year.
Kathy Bulter was wonderful to work with. We don’t live close to our second home so Kathy handled our issues and questions without hesitation. We want to thank you for everything
Kathy is very thorough and willing to go the extra mile for her clients. She's on top of everything and great at following up on all the details. She's great to work with and knows the area well!
Kathy was very prompt with providing us the information on the property we were interested in. She answered all our questions thoroughly. We would definitely recommend Kathy Butler for anyone needing a realtor.
