I contacted Kathryn just to find out about the process of buying a home and from that moment she guided me and my husband in every step right until closing day! I needed to work on my credit first and she was able to recommend me with a lender that could further help me with this, after months of working on my credit I was able to begin the home shopping process she was very patient and helped me look for homes within what we wanted and the area we wanted it. Once we found the home we wanted she helped us get a offer in and accepted NOT only this but we were able to negotiate a lot of closing help and only bring to the table our down payment which in this market that is unheard of!!!! Kathryn listened to and took our home buying needs to heart throughout the process of searching for and buying our new home. She was trustworthy, extremely responsive and patient, honest, and flexible. She was available when we wanted to view a house, and when viewing homes was able to point out potential construction issues that may be problematic for any homeowner. She was understanding if we dropped a bid on a house if it suddenly did not feel like it was a good fit for us. During the contract and negotiation process of the home we chose, she offered sound advice, was always very quick to respond and was not shy about contacting the sellers agent with questions that we had.
