Kathryn is an extremely informed, patient, and understanding realtor. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and made sure that we were happy and comfortable during the entire process. She was also very flexible which was important to us given our busy schedules. She is knowledgeable about the areas that she services and knows how to make hard-to-resist offers! As first time homebuyers, we were nervous at first, but she made sure we had a smooth experience throughout the entire process. Thank you, Kathryn!!!
