Kathleen helped us set up home, pest, and structural inspections, and connected us to a mortgage broker that got us an incredibly low interest rate about 0.9% below the going rate for a 30-year fixed mortgage. Equally importantly for us, as first-time buyers, her involvement has not stopped after close of escrow - she has continued to be invaluable in working with the sellers and the home warranty company in resolving some issues, is always there for further recommendations (for example, re-keying the house or looking for child care), and she also hosts and organizes gatherings of her clients to connect them with each other and keep up with their lives.<br><br>To summarize, we are incredibly pleased with our experience with Kathleen and would highly recommend her services.
