Kate is knowledgeable about area and was easy and pleasant to work with. She was patient with our requests to show multiple properties to our daughter when we could not be there. Although condo development where we bought she had shown several units to our daughter which were no gos, she did not hesitate when my husband wanted to see one ( under contract ). The location was the key ! And contract fell through and she acted quickly to secure for us.
