Kate is knowledgeable about area and was easy and pleasant to work with. She was patient with our requests to show multiple properties to our daughter when we could not be there. Although condo development where we bought she had shown several units to our daughter which were no gos, she did not hesitate when my husband wanted to see one ( under contract ). The location was the key ! And contract fell through and she acted quickly to secure for us. She also showed us new builds and went a step above sending letters to owners in another development in North part of island to see if there was interest in selling. We were happy this came up prior. We feel the time it took to scope locations and area was important in choosing . Kate showed us all arenas without hesitation . And we believe our location will fit our style and needs.
