Karen Silk was a fantastic broker. Fantastic! I never would have asked for the price she suggested, and which we got. Karen also spent many hours handholding the new owner. She advised me every step of the way and was truly a blessing to work with. Deeply knowledgeable, warm and professional.

I could not have been more pleased with the guidance and support provided by Karen Silk. From the first visit to the property I purchased, to the last details surrounding the closing move in, Karen was personable, professional, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Karen Silk is an extraordinary real estate broker! She sold two high end homes for me---one on Lake Waramaug and the other in the stunning rural Merryall section. of New Milford. Karen is extremely knowledgeable about the market, about smart pricing and showing the home to its best advantage. She understands people and their needs. She has vast experience helping to solve clients' problems and to answer their questions. Plus, Karen is a very kind and lovely person with whom to work! I could not recommend her more highly.

Karen Silk is to be recommended without reservation. She worked tirelessly and professionally to find the perfect country house for my wife and me. Her knowledge of the process was flawless, her patience and good humor at every turn were exceptional. My wife and I have bought many houses and put our experience with Karen at the top of the list.

Karen Silk was the seller’s agent on the house my husband and I bought in 2016. Every step of the way, Karen was a total pro and a class act. Her experience in and knowledge of Litchfield County is amazing and really sets her apart.

So the ship has come home! This is to thank you for so much more than being a wonderful, efficient, and successful Realtor agent, for you have been a dear friend to us both and especially through the last few weeks. The care you have taken of us, the comfort and support you have given to Barbara at difficult times, and the calm confidence you radiate have all belonged to a very special lady who wants something to be right and happy for everyone concerned. It has been a privilege to work with you and we thank you for everything.
