Karen Silk is an extraordinary real estate broker! She sold two high end homes for me---one on Lake Waramaug and the other in the stunning rural Merryall section. of New Milford. Karen is extremely knowledgeable about the market, about smart pricing and showing the home to its best advantage. She understands people and their needs. She has vast experience helping to solve clients' problems and to answer their questions. Plus, Karen is a very kind and lovely person with whom to work! I could not recommend her more highly.
