Karen’s passion for real estate began with helping friends find homes that they loved. Karen is interested in not just aesthetically beautiful homes, but also how they work. She has overseen the renovation of three bungalows in Historic Kenwood and enjoys tackling the challenges that come with home ownership. Karen is a proud U.S. Army veteran of Operation Desert Storm. She is also an attorney licensed in New York who has worked in some of the most prestigious corporate law firms in New York City. Karen was drawn to St. Pete by the city’s natural beauty, love of the arts and up-and-coming restaurant scene and last but not least, the near-constant sunshine. Karen and her partner moved to St. Pete from Park Slope, Brooklyn. She grew up in the Adirondacks in Upstate New York and has owned homes in Baltimore, Portland, Oregon and most recently Park Slope. Karen loves to travel and lived three years in Bavaria in Germany. Her favorite city outside of St. Pete is Chiang Mai, Thailand. Karen lives in Historic Kenwood and when she’s not working she enjoys the nature of Ft. Desoto and hosting dinner parties at her home with good cocktails and wonderful friends.
