Karen was pro-active when a hail storm hit the area while I was away. She was quick in informing me, went to the house and took pictures to share with me. I was able to get my insurance agent there to handle everything. Her relentless actions saved the buyer a good sum for having a roof and siding replaced. Karen knows how to execute flawlessly!! She has represented my interest over several properties and I wouldn't hesitate using her services again
