We are not from the area and he provided the names of other professionals that we had to utilize to complete this purchase. He has a calm and professional demeanor that served us well in the process. It is obvious he has an extensive experience in the real estate business working through inspections, addressing issues that came up with the inspections, adjusting the closing date and other issues as well. He also turned around documents that needed to be signed/executed within hours. He was available after hours if necessary to discuss or review plans. He even provided contacts for us in the community to utilize after we have settled in. It was a pleasure to work with him. I give him my highest rating. He is a true professional.
Caitlin was amazing to work with in purchasing our home. Communication was always excellent, she was very flexible and available for showings, and she offered key insights while allowing us to take in each perspective home for ourselves. Even through long days of showings, her positive and upbeat attitude never once waivered, she was truly a joy to be around.
