We had tried to sell our home in 2023 and again in 2024, but despite our efforts, we never received an offer. When we decided to try again, we were fortunate to have Julie on our team. From the moment we started working with her, Julie was attentive, responsive, personable, and genuinely invested in helping us sell our home. She listened to us, communicated consistently, and made us feel like we were working together as a team rather than simply another listing. The results speak for themselves: Julie listed our home, and we had a pending contract within just five weeks! After the challenges we experienced in our previous attempts to sell, it was incredibly rewarding to finally see things come together. We are extremely grateful for Julie's hard work, professionalism, and personal investment throughout the entire process. She was a true partner from beginning to end, and we would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who will be on your team!

Julie did an amazing job helping us get our new home. We were buying a bank owned home and the bank was not fun or friendly to work with. But she offered us great advice and followed through to get us the home at the right price. We would happily work with her anytime!

My wife and I had an outstanding experience working with Julie. We took a bit of time to find the house right for us, and were a little scattered in our early searches. Julie was supportive, patient, and extremely helpful as we refined our search. When we found our home, she was comfortablly competent in crafting our purchase and sale aggreement as it had some complicated contingences. She is personable, knowledgeable, and energetic. She is very involved in the community. She was a joy to work with. Highest recommendation.

Julie was incredible. Professional, attentive, and was able to get us a dream property. She was a wiz at negotiating with the other agent. Her knowledge of the area was invaluable as well.

Julie was great to work with. She is very knowledgeable and very responsive.

Julie was great! We had 3 false starts (issues outside of her control) but eventually I found exactly what I wanted. I took a 30-day break from property searching but when I found the property I own now, she was right there able to pick up to provide support. I have recommended her to my friend who is looking in the Goldendale area.

How fortunate I was that Julie was referred to me through my daughter’s friend. This was a long distance purchase and through Julie’s inquiries I was able to purchase this lot.
