"Buying our home in White Salmon with Cody was smooth and easy. He made the whole process feel simple and stress-free from the first showing all the way to closing. Every time we had a question, whether it was about inspections, the septic system, title, or timelines, Cody got back to us right away, usually within minutes, with clear and thorough answers. He anticipated issues before they came up, kept everyone on schedule, and always made us feel like a priority. We'd recommend Cody without hesitation to anyone buying or selling in the Gorge.

The Copper West Real Estate team is very professional and knowledgeable. The overall service was great including timely communications and strong teamwork.

Cody stuck it out to sell all 8 properties. Very personable for someone who rides bicycles all across the country.

The best realtor! I had the pleasure of working with Sonya when it came to purchasing our first home, and we were extremely happy with our experience. Sonya is very personable, optimistic, and overall a very friendly person to work with. Her drive to get our family the best possible outcome was something that stood out to us. You can tell she really cares about her clients. I would gladly recommend her services if you're looking to sell or buy!

Cyndee was a pleasure to work with! We had a great experience!!

Copper West is a fantastic company to work with. Maui was attentive to every detail of my sale and answered every question I had with a quick response. His brokers were professional, well trained and attentive. Phineus and Cody were exceptional young men, who I got to know better than the others. I appreciated the care and attention that I received.

Cody was very helpful. His local knowledge of the town made it easy to look at homes and make our decision.

Maui and his team were on top of all the aspects of selling our home!! Maui gave solid advice during our transaction, and he and his team are professional, and knowledgable regarding the local market. Responses to our questions were answered right away. We would definitely recommend Maui and his team if considering selling your home!

Cody was a pleasure to work with!

We had tried to sell our home in 2023 and again in 2024, but despite our efforts, we never received an offer. When we decided to try again, we were fortunate to have Julie on our team. From the moment we started working with her, Julie was attentive, responsive, personable, and genuinely invested in helping us sell our home. She listened to us, communicated consistently, and made us feel like we were working together as a team rather than simply another listing. The results speak for themselves: Julie listed our home, and we had a pending contract within just five weeks! After the challenges we experienced in our previous attempts to sell, it was incredibly rewarding to finally see things come together. We are extremely grateful for Julie's hard work, professionalism, and personal investment throughout the entire process. She was a true partner from beginning to end, and we would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who will be on your team!
