We felt Julie did a fantastic job. Although we live out of the state, she gave us excellent advice and kept us well informed of all activity at our property.

I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank and highly recommend my realtor, Julie Decker, for her outstanding service. From start to finish, she handled every aspect of the process with professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care. Her knowledge of the market, negotiation skills, and responsiveness made the experience smooth and successful. She truly went above and beyond, and I couldn't have asked for a better partner on this journey. If you're looking for a realtor who delivers results with integrity and excellence, Julie Decker is the one to call. Yours Truly, Gary Hildebrand

Julie went above and beyond on the purchase of my new condo. She facilitated my transaction and successfully represented me while I was on the East Coast. She was extremely helpful and proactive in the process from start to finish. She provided valuable insight to the local community and offered quality referrals for the services I needed. I highly recommend her to both home buyers and sellers in the Park City area.

Julie was well organized, willing to expend time and energy in open houses and showings. She is very personable and willing to hear and entertain differing opinions. We feel well-served by Julie during this process.

Great agent !!
