I met Judy at an open house she listed in my condo development. I immediately knew I could easily work with her. When the market to sell seemed doomed with rising interest rates I followed her advice to wait a few months before I listed. She follows the housing market closely and is en pointe with trends and what buyers want. Her high energy and positive outlook encouraged me and got me going when I was lagging in getting my over-filled garage cleaned out. She suggested good reliable people to assist me. We worked well together through a few road blocks. She was always there for me with suggestions to overcome the problem and to forge on. In this market, you have to go with a professional! Even after closing, Judy has been great with keeping in touch and following up. She is also always available for recommendations for repairs, etc.Plus, she's just a really great person and pleasant to work with. The process was super intimidating as a first time buyer and we probably wouldn't have stuck it out if not for Judy's upbeat attitude and excellent guidance.I will recommend her to my friends and family anytime.
