Judy was very straightforward about the value of my home based on existing conditions and what I would have to do to get the price I wanted. I didn’t do everything so I got the price she thought I would get based on what I had completed, and the sale was timely. She didn’t ‘bug’ me when I pushed back on doing some things she suggested. I feel that Judy represented me well as the seller. I would not hesitate to ask her to represent me again.
