Judy served as both our selling and buying agent. For the sale of our house, she was excellent: she really provided great tips and tools to guide us, and she spent the time to make sure we had great photos, a great description, and advertised it well. As a buyer's agent, she had great instinct. She listened to what we wanted and searched hard to help us find what that was. She was able to point out items (good and bad!) in the homes we viewed that we may have missed. In both cases, we relied on Judy's excellent negotiation skills: she did an amazing job with both agents so that everyone walked away satisfied.
