Josh is amazing and the best in the business! He is professional, courteous, respectful...and above all, considerate. My house sold in 25 days....which was amazing!

Josh was absolutely amazing to work with! Helped us through buying a property with a very difficult seller

Josh was extremely patient during our search and pivoted whenever we needed him to for expanding our search to successfully find our perfect home

Josh is an excellent Realtor, he is very responsive, friendly and professional, he made our real estate transactions go smoothly and I would recommend him to anyone buying or a selling a home.

Josh was excellent and very attentive.

Great agent knows the area and how to treat his Customers. We bought and sold with him he's a gem!

If I could give him 10 stars I would. Was a very positive experience.

Josh was always available to answer questions and followed through promptly with every request. The whole process went so smoothly thanks to him.

We appreciated Joshua's patience and no pressure approach to helping us when viewing 3 potential homes in Pawleys Island, Wedgefield Plantation and then the home we purchased in South Island Plantation development. He was most helpful coordinating viewing, schedules and closing considering that we were long distance. Joshua was easy to work with and answered questions. And if he didn't have an immediate answer, he took the time to get the answer and respond in a timely manner. We enjoyed getting to know him!
