We appreciated Joshua's patience and no pressure approach to helping us when viewing 3 potential homes in Pawleys Island, Wedgefield Plantation and then the home we purchased in South Island Plantation development. He was most helpful coordinating viewing, schedules and closing considering that we were long distance. Joshua was easy to work with and answered questions. And if he didn't have an immediate answer, he took the time to get the answer and respond in a timely manner. We enjoyed getting to know him!
