There is a very real benefit in having an experienced professional partner with you to handle your real estate transaction. Our realtor John Flynn helped us quickly move on an extraordinary new home without paying a premium for our enthusiasm. Then he helped up find the right listing price for our home of nearly 40 years. It was truly one of a kind and it needed a very specific buyer. John arranged publicity, showings, and inspections plus some appealing decorative touches. We could have spent much more on the new house and gotten much less on the old one without his help. Thanks John Flynn!

John knows the market and doesn’t indulge in speculation about the sellers state of mind. He’s a professional.

House was on the market off and on for several years. John really stuck with our attempts and made suggestions that eventually led to a sale. Your efforts were much appreciated John.

John Flynn assisted the Flossmoor Community Church Foundation in a lengthy process in the sale of a difficult property that was donated to the Foundation from a life estate. The property required updating of walls and carpets prior to being place on the market and John was a helpful resource. The Foundation Investment Committee oversaw the sales process and had several parties involve. John worked with all parties to obtain consensus about actions to be taken on offers presented and lowering list price on more than one occasion. He provided the Committee with feedback about buyer hesitation to purchase this 1950s home with two not well planned additions. Due to the 8 months the property was on the market, communications of marketing efforts to the Committee by John sometimes were not as timely as expected. When contacted John was always timely in his responses for updates. The Committee appreciates all his efforts and advice that ended in the successful sale of this property.

John Flynn just sold my condo and helped me buy a new one. Smooth process for both. John was available and flexible with scheduling. Always gave me feedback from clients looking at my place. I would definitely contract with John again.

John Flynn is a phenomenal real estate agent. I highly recommend him to anyone selling or buying a house. He's straight forward and gets the stressful transaction done with true knowledge and expertise. Great guy too.

From the first moment John Flynn stepped in as not only our real estate agent but as our boots on the ground. With not a single one of us family members living in Chicagoland he took over the role that any one of us would have played had we been there. Like setting up access to contractors, being our eyes and ears,.......... generally being present when we could not.

John gave us great suggestions, ideas and resources! We are so happy to have worked with him!

John knows the Chicago market. He put together a professional booklet with comps. The photographer John employed was great. The pictures online and the brochure were impressive. John conducted multiple open houses and called to discuss the impressions of my unit that the attendees and other prospective buyers verbalized. Overall, the services provided were excellent.

John did an excellent job for us. I appreciated that he respected our ideas, but also interjected his expertise on the Flossmoor market.
