John Flynn assisted the Flossmoor Community Church Foundation in a lengthy process in the sale of a difficult property that was donated to the Foundation from a life estate. The property required updating of walls and carpets prior to being place on the market and John was a helpful resource. The Foundation Investment Committee oversaw the sales process and had several parties involve. John worked with all parties to obtain consensus about actions to be taken on offers presented and lowering list price on more than one occasion. He provided the Committee with feedback about buyer hesitation to purchase this 1950s home with two not well planned additions. Due to the 8 months the property was on the market, communications of marketing efforts to the Committee by John sometimes were not as timely as expected. When contacted John was always timely in his responses for updates. The Committee appreciates all his efforts and advice that ended in the successful sale of this property.
