We were first time home buyers and John was very knowledgeable and helped us with any questions that came up. We ended up purchasing a new build, so from finding the house and to closing, ended up being an 11 month process. John was very patient with us and the builder. He was always checking in and seeing how things were going and always offered help if we needed it.

John is an absolute gentleman. He is always pleasant and forthright with his own opinions. Even when I was shown properties that may not have been the best fit for me (by my choice) he did his due diligence and was knowledgeable about many aspects of the property.
