John is an absolute gentleman. He is always pleasant and forthright with his own opinions. Even when I was shown properties that may not have been the best fit for me (by my choice) he did his due diligence and was knowledgeable about many aspects of the property. I always appreciate that he was only a text or phone call away if I had questions. Buying a first home is a nerve-wracking and almost nauseating experience. From the start, John was cool and collected and didn't pressure me into buying. 'Whether we look at five homes or fifty homes, we'll find the right one for you', he said. Navigating the closing of sale is a whirlwind of an experience and certainly overwhelming. In my case, I was often working when time-sensitive decisions had to be made. John was available to be contacted on my breaks and whenever else I was able to reach out to him. I really respected that.
