Jennifer Lutzke became a full-time licensed Wisconsin Real Estate agent in 2000. For the two years preceding, she worked as a licensed real estate assistant at a major Madison area brokerage, where she gained tremendous insight into the entire real estate process. Acting as the REO Manager, she interfaced with banks to help sell their distressed properties. REO stands for Real Estate Owned, and refers to property inventory held by a bank. Banks are not in the business of owning properties, so Jen’s ability to help move these properties was a key function.
