Jennifer Lutzke became a full-time licensed Wisconsin Real Estate agent in 2000. For the two years preceding, she worked as a licensed real estate assistant at a major Madison area brokerage, where she gained tremendous insight into the entire real estate process. Acting as the REO Manager, she interfaced with banks to help sell their distressed properties. REO stands for Real Estate Owned, and refers to property inventory held by a bank. Banks are not in the business of owning properties, so Jen’s ability to help move these properties was a key function. Jen was born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin and knows the area exceptionally well. She is a registered REALTOR©, a member of the Wisconsin REALTORS© Association (WRA), the National Association of REALTORS© (NAR), and the South Central Wisconsin Multiple Listing Service (SCWMLS). She has a deep respect for her colleagues in all the brokerages across the region, and most return that sentiment. She understands the difficulties of closing a good real estate transaction, so she works diligently and respectfully with these colleagues to create win-win situations. Her kindness, knowledge, and understanding reflects well on her clients and makes each transaction more enjoyable by all parties. Jennifer stands ready to support you with your sale or acquisition of a residential property, both single-family and multi-family dwellings. She has tremendous in-depth experience with all aspects of the process, and dozens of personal connections that make it all work for you.
