Jennifer worked extremely hard to get information that was requested by the buyer and was necessary for the sale of my condo. This was information that was supposed to be available to all owners in the complex (financials, assessments, insurance, etc).
The property manager was very difficult to work with and he always had an excuse as to why he could not provide us with what we needed. Jennifer put in extra time, effort and was strategically able to obtain this information at the last minute. This allowed what would have been a lost sale, to go through. I am more than pleased with her work and tenacity in getting my condo sold. I would never hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
