There are so many moving parts that need to happen during the home buying process and she kept track of all of that with me to make sure I had completed all my responsibilities. She went above and beyond by checking on the property while it was vacant and double checking rates from contractors. When challenges arose, she was the first to tell me that they were not something to worry about or, if there was an actual problem, how to approach finding a solution. From moment one I felt like she was on my team and fighting for me the entire time. Overall, a really positive experience.

From our very first interaction to the celebration of closing, Jennifer Buckley guided me through every step of the selling process. She was empathetic to the emotions, the logistics and the anxiety it can provoke. She was like a salve. I live three hours away from my Cary home of 30 years and she was my onsite presence making sure all was in order with prepping, staging, liaising with the buyer's agent and even helping me. I put my full trust in her expertise and guidance and was never disappointed. She coordinated the power wash, carpet cleaning, deep cleaning and even getting household items to the dump, Dorcas or other area worthy causes. She procured contractors to help complete needed work based on the inspection. She even took out the trash and returned my ATT modem for me. She's that hands on. My house sold for over the asking price within 72 hours. I accepted the offer while at a Jack Johnson concert and signed closing papers from the beach at Cape Lookout. Once I turned over the keys, I never looked back. Her steadfast presence allowed me to enjoy my life and handle everything remotely. The offer came in on Aug. 22 and I closed on Sept. 4. Wow! She's a magician AND an orchestra conductor! Responsive, reliable and, most importantly, knowledgeable and experienced with the complex ins and outs of real estate.
