Janet was fabulous! She worked closely with us every step of the way. She was available instantly for any thing we needed. She went above and beyond what is expected of a broker. With her contacts she was able to help us with any type of work we needed to be sure the house was in pristine shape for our sale. She is clearly the best agent we have ever worked with.

Janet was a pleasure to work with! So helpful and knowledgeable! We could not have asked for a better realtor, partner, and friend. She went above and beyond helping us get the property ready to be listed. She was always available to answer any questions that came up.

Janet Bell helped me find a home on Mercer Island. Having grown up and lived on Mercer Island, she was extremely knowledgeable about the the market and different neighborhoods we were looking in. She is very well connected with the community and other agents in the area. It took us several months to find our perfect house, as we were on a strict budget and quite particular about what type of house we were looking for. Janet was patient with us throughout the process, never pressuring us into a situation we didn't want to be in while simultaneously giving us much of her time in evenings and weekends in search of a home. After our offer was accepted, Janet took the reigns on making sure several issues were addressed prior to closing. She helped us find movers, painters and a contractor for our new home to do some work after we moved in. In all, she went above and beyond what you could expect from an agent and made our first time home purchase a smooth experience. I cannot imagine a better person to help guide you through a home buying/selling process!

Janet is a gem! She was the consummate professional expertly guiding us through our recent home buying process. My husband and I have purchased several primary residence homes in the past but never an investment property or condominium. Janet helped every step of the way. She thoroughly read hundreds of pages of HOA bylaws and association financial disclosures to assure we knew precisely what we were purchasing and the financial health of the condominium. Janet was also quick to follow-up on the items the seller needed to repair, after the home inspection, and ensure our closing was on-time. We have owned the condo for six month and couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Janet for any real estate transactions and will definitely use her services in the future. She is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely qualified making her an excellent realtor to work with.

Janet help us hunt for, and eventually purchase, our Seattle condominium. Always accommodating and resourceful and very helpful from our first viewing to closing. We spent about two months looking with Janet. She kindly directed us in our wide search and was always mindful of our price point.

She was very quickly able to find a condo that met all my needs. And then she was super helpful getting my home of 44 years ready to sell. She arranged all the cleaning, window washing and painting and was always available to help pack, or answer any questions. She kept me informed about other similar properties and in just a few weeks we were able to sell at a very good price.

Janet Bell is A number one — she was so helpful on all matters pertaining to the condo on what needed to be done and if we didn’t have a worker to to the job she did the work herself. I was so pleased to have her as my realtor I highly recommend her.

Janet helped me get the house ready, execute the open house, and negotiate the best sales price. She stayed with me through the closing explaining every step of the process. I always felt her concern for my feelings and needs. I highly recommend Janet Bell for everyone wanting to sell their house.
