James made the whole process very easy and always explained everything.

Working with James was completely by chance, but the best experience we could have hoped for. He was very informative & made sure we were getting the best options for us throughout the entire process. He was very professional & quick to respond with any questions or with information we needed clarified. We hope to never have to move again, but if we ever would, we would absolutely use James again!

James was prompt, professional, and informative during the entire process. Gave sound advise and fought to make sure we made good decisions and got the right deal for the right home for our family. -Brandon Funk

Jim was completely professional, attentive to every question and concern. I was totally pleased to have him as my agent, he made the successful sale of my property possible!!

Jim Baumgartner did an excellent job of keeping us informed as to what the steps were to list and sell our home. He gave us directions on what needed to be done before showing it to the public and he followed up with the offers in a way that we could compare them and choose the one we wanted. He also fought to make sure that we were not charged for items at closing that we were not responsible to pay. Saved us some money at closing. We have recommended him to neighbors and friends.

Smooth sailing, any "blips" that may have risen from the offer to the sign and sealed deal, easily handled..

I can't say enough about James he was knowledgeable, friendly, and guided us every step of the way through the home purchasing process.

Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Would always work with James in any future home purchases or sales. And will always recommend him to anyone searching for a home.

Kind and understanding — moving is filled with emotions. Thorough and patient — explaining and answering all questions even when posed multiple times. Easy to work with Jim and Mark on the sale of my house. They took care of EVERYTHING!
