Jim Baumgartner did an excellent job of keeping us informed as to what the steps were to list and sell our home. He gave us directions on what needed to be done before showing it to the public and he followed up with the offers in a way that we could compare them and choose the one we wanted. He also fought to make sure that we were not charged for items at closing that we were not responsible to pay. Saved us some money at closing. We have recommended him to neighbors and friends.
