Jaime is awesome! Super knowledgeable about the Durham-Chapel Hill housing market and just a great person to work with. She isn't pushy at all and really wants to help you find the right place for you, which is a good thing in a housing market like this one where you pretty much have to move quickly if you want to be competitive. She was patient and understanding with my wife and I as we started our house hunt 4 months before finding "the one."
