Holly helped us buy our home, and then sell it three years later when we relocated to a new area. As first-time homebuyers, she made the process very easy, and we immediately reached out again when we needed to sell our home. Once again, everything went very smoothly working with her and she was very helpful every step of the way! She is very kind, competent, and her communication is excellent!

I have been involved in buying and/or selling several houses. My experience with Holly Hicks by far has been the best. She was always there to assist me and made the experience fun and enjoyable!

Holly is professional, reliable and went above and beyond during our home buying process. We are so grateful to have you as our realtor. Thank you Holly!

Holly was fantastic, everything went smoothly and I am very happy with my new property.

This land purchase is the second time I have had Holly represent me. She is fantastic, always available by phone, quick to communicate, and always follows up promptly with any new information. I deeply trust Holly and I will exclusively use her to represent all of my real estate transactions within NC. Thank you for everything Holly!

we were first time home buyers and did not know how the whole process worked. Holly took time to explain everything to us and help guide us thru the whole buying process. She was always available for answer any question we hade and followed up with us on a regular basis. We could not have done this without her. She was great!

We have worked with Holly as both sellers and buyers. She is excellent to work with.
