Heidi was awesome every step of the way. We were moving to Summerville from Arkansas and had a limited amount of time to look for a home (two days to be exact). Heidi made herself available to us and showed us as many houses as we wanted to see! She was very easygoing and went out of her way to assist us after we made an offer on a home. We thought our closing would be delayed due to some issues with changing jobs, banks etc, but Heidi remained calm and encouraging throughout the process. Her communication with us, the mortgage company, and the seller went above and beyond in every instance. She never missed a beat and made us feel very confident in our decision. We could tell she was always looking out for our best interests and we are so very glad Heidi was recommended to us by a family member. We are positive we would not have had such a great homebuying experience with any other realtor. We feel like we've known her forever now!

Heidi helped make my dream come true! I started this process almost a year ago and if it weren't for Heidi it would have never happened. She went above and beyond what I feel any other agent would have. Moving from a different state had its challenges but it wasn't a challenge for Heidi, in fact she shined because of it. Everything from learning about me in a short in person visit, helping me narrow down what area I really would be happy in, to sending me videos of possible options that fit so I wouldn't have to drive over 4 hours. Her knowledge exceeded my expectations on so many levels that I'm sure saved me a huge substantial amount of money. I don't feel that Heidi is a typical agent, I feel she is an extension of a family member you didn't know you had. Her consideration on all aspects of the search and purchase process only had my best interest at hand at all times (example finding errors that others made in the paperwork that saved me money just to name one of many).
