Heidi was awesome every step of the way. We were moving to Summerville from Arkansas and had a limited amount of time to look for a home (two days to be exact). Heidi made herself available to us and showed us as many houses as we wanted to see! She was very easygoing and went out of her way to assist us after we made an offer on a home. We thought our closing would be delayed due to some issues with changing jobs, banks etc, but Heidi remained calm and encouraging throughout the process. Her communication with us, the mortgage company, and the seller went above and beyond in every instance. She never missed a beat and made us feel very confident in our decision. We could tell she was always looking out for our best interests and we are so very glad Heidi was recommended to us by a family member. We are positive we would not have had such a great homebuying experience with any other realtor. We feel like we've known her forever now! We would also like to recognize the Summerville Carolina One office. Everyone we encountered there was great. We needed advice and they were happy to talk us through our offer and answer any questions we had.
