In 2022, we first met Gina Sensontic and immediately asked her how we could buy a house. As a newlywed couple, we had no idea where to begin. She patiently explained the whole process to us. However, after evaluating our situation, we realized our income wasn’t high enough yet, and we had just purchased a new car. So my husband and I decided to start saving money first.
Fast forward to 2023, we had fully paid off our car, and we started saving again throughout 2024 in preparation to buy a house.
