In 2022, we first met Gina Sensontic and immediately asked her how we could buy a house. As a newlywed couple, we had no idea where to begin. She patiently explained the whole process to us. However, after evaluating our situation, we realized our income wasn’t high enough yet, and we had just purchased a new car. So my husband and I decided to start saving money first. Fast forward to 2023, we had fully paid off our car, and we started saving again throughout 2024 in preparation to buy a house. This year, 2025, we contacted Gina again and asked her more questions. She remained incredibly consistent in helping us. We told her that we felt ready to buy our own home. For three years, we endured living with housemates, sharing a kitchen and bathroom, with no privacy as a married couple. It was a very difficult situation, and Gina understood that, so she really helped us—from searching for homes, doing house tours, and talking to the sellers—she never left our side. She handled everything, along with her team, including connecting us to a recommended loan officer. We were truly amazed by how great they worked, even at late hours. As first-time home buyers, we had no idea what to do or what to consider when buying a house, but Gina and the Masiello Group coordinated everything—the communication, the paperwork—until we got the home we wanted. The process was fast and smooth because everyone moved and helped together. That’s why we are so grateful to Better Homes and Gardens Masiello Group, especially to our outstanding and brilliant Associate Broker, Gina Sensontic. 100% recommended!
