Great communication.

He was a pleasure to work with and did everything he could to ensure a smooth and successful sale of our home.

Gianni and the rest of the Donatelli Group did an amazing job selling our home for us! They are dedicated to their clients in every aspect. They had multiple open houses and advertised our home on their mobile electronic billboard many times, as well as placed newspaper ads. Gianni and the Donatelli group are so easy to work with, knowledgeable and willing to help in any way they can for both buyers and sellers! We highly recommend Gianni to anyone needing a real estate agent of any kind! You couldn't go wrong with Tracy or JT either! Leigh and Greg Walker

Gianni's overall service i.e. response time, experienced advice, referrals etc. were A+

Wonderful to work with. Excellent communication and keeping us updated. The team made our selling experience so easy. Thank you!

Gianni & Tracy were exceptional in helping my sister and I sell our parents house. They made the process so easy and stress free. They kept us informed throughout the entire process. I cannot say enough good things. I was so pleased and would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Gianni is amazing at what he does!!! He was our realtor and helped us not only sell our first home (that went under contract in less than a week!), but also helped us find our beautiful new construction home! He is professional, answers all questions, punctual, and truly cares about finding his clients their dream home. Highly Recommend!!

Gianni has made my transition from the military to the real world a breeze. He helped sell my home in Jacksonville, NC and buy our home in Ash, NC. He was very professional and helped us with every step of the way. Highly recommend him!!

Gianni remained positive, helpful and upbeat throughout all the months of helping us search for our very first, second home. We’ve bought and sold many houses over the years and yet none of them at the coast. We had lots of questions and when Gianni didn’t know the answer, he found the answer for us. We would definitely work with him again and will recommend him to all our friends.
