Garrett was a complete professional throughout the process. When we had a supply chain issure locally, he found us a source in his area that we were able to work with to keep things moving forward on schedule.
I love working with Garrett! He is always extremely responsive, gives great advice and always made me feel like I was in the driver's seat. I knew that I was being pretty dang picky in a price range that didn't afford many alternatives that would fit what I wanted. But he stuck with me until he found exactly the right place. When I sold my condo in Sandy during a CRAZY time in the market, he helped me line up the numerous offers received and went through all the pros and cons of each, and negotiated in a very strong way. My only regret is that I (hopefully) have bought and sold my last place - I intend to stay here until I die. But if that should not end up being true, I would definitely want to work with Garrett again. By the way, in case it makes any difference, my unit number is 240, not 204.
