Felicia is absolutely wonderful and one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. She knows everything about the Greenville area and has good relationships with a lot of the lenders and realtors in the area. We needed to find a house quickly, and on Sunday, we looked at a few places with her and by the next day, we were under contract! We closed less than 30 days later. She even helped watch our toddler while we signed paperwork and looked around the house. We can’t recommend her enough!
