We could not be more pleased and grateful to have worked Erin and Charlie to sell our home on Mercer island! This is our second time working with Erin and Charlie and they continued to impress us every step of the way. They go so far above and beyond- they are always accessible, have great understanding of the market, and know how to produce the best outcome for their clients. As a bonus, they are genuinely wonderful people and really care about their clients! We are so happy with the outcome of our sale (sold in four days with 20 offers)- thanks to their expertise, recommendations and skill. The only negative I can say is that they set the bar so high for real estate agents for us that no one has been able to compare when working with agents out of state!

I recently had the distinct pleasure of working for a second time with Erin and Charlie Sirianni. They had helped me with my home purchase in 2017, and it was based on their fantastic service at that time that they were the only professionals I considered working with when I recently found myself needing to suddenly step in and sell a home for a couple of very close family members. My work with Erin and Charlie was focused on getting the home sold as quickly, painlessly and profitably(!) as possible. Choosing them for this transaction was absolutely the right decision. They patiently helped me through every aspect of the sale, starting with getting the home into marketable condition (their network of roofers, painters, carpet installers, etc. was so appreciated), and ending with entertaining multiple offers above the asking price. The sale closed flawlessly, in spite of challenges introduced by the COVID pandemic. They even sent congratulatory flowers to my family members when the sale closed! I am thrilled that I had the chance to work with Erin and Charlie again, and would wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell. I am truly grateful for this excellent team, and have a hunch this won’t be my last time working with them.

Working with Erin and Charlie made the home buying process easy. They were well-informed realtors in general and knowledgeable about our area in particular. The level of communication and responsiveness guided us through what would normally have been a nerve wracking experience.

Working with Erin Sirianni was an absolute pleasure...I am so glad I chose to work with her on my home purchase. I found Erin via her excellent "My Mercer Island" blog and she turned out to be exactly what I was looking for in a real estate agent...knowledgeable, professional, personable, responsive, and always happy to answer my many, many questions with a smile on her face and a calm, easily understood answer. I especially appreciated her resourcefulness! I had been looking for a particular size and style of home on Mercer Island without much luck. Erin found a home that appeared to match my "wish list" that was for sale by owner, and took the initiative to introduce herself to the seller. Somehow she was able to convince them to work with me on an offer, and then successfully managed both me and the seller through to an outcome that all of us were thrilled with. Throughout the process Erin always made me feel that the work I was doing with her was her highest priority...and even now that the purchase is complete, she still cheerfully and promptly answers my occasional question. I feel I've gained a friend, and neighbor, and excellent real estate resource by working with Erin...and I highly and enthusiastically recommend her services to anyone else looking to purchase a home.

Erin landed us our dream home in Mercer Island and we couldn't be happier with the quality of her service and professionalism. She is super attentive and responsive and will go the extra mile to help you with your search. We immediately felt comfortable working with her as she made the entire home buying process less stressful from the get-go.

Erin marketed my condo beautify starting from recommending some upgrades to staging it so it looked gorgeous to the listing with the video. It sold in record time! I would not hesitate to recommend Erin to anyone who wants to sell their house or condo, especially if the property is high end.

So fantastically available to her clients. Incredibly honest, real and willing to find creative solutions. Erin is just really fantastic at all aspects of her job and I feel so lucky that my wife stumbled into her at a random open house. Thanks for helping us to find and buy a great house for our growing family.

Erin is the best! She managed the entire process of selling my house after I had already moved to another state. It was so painless I couldn't believe it! Her professionalism and attention to detail gave me 100% confidence throughout the entire process. She has a wonderful attitude and is a true pleasure to work with!

As first time homebuyers looking in a highly competitive market, Charlie and Erin guided us to listen to our instincts but stick to the facts and our budget when it came to making an offer. They struck the perfect balance of encouraging us to look in different neighborhoods while understanding the importance of easy access to downtown Seattle (where we work) and Mercer Island (where both our families live). They guided us through the process every step of the way. During the negotiation of our home in Leschi Seattle, they provided us with multiple updates and ultimately closed the deal under our budget! They are great negotiators who will achieve the best deals for their clients. Charlie and Erin go above and beyond for their clients and we feel lucky to have worked with them. They make a complicated and intimidating process as simple and straightforward as possible. Whether you are buying or selling, Charlie and Erin’s dedication, knowledge of the market, and impressive marketing and technology skills will help you accomplish your real estate goals.
