When we found a lot, she advised us as to what contingencies we should include, saving us from purchasing a lot that would have not worked out. Buying and selling a house was a major ordeal for me. Erin Rogers was just wonderful at helping me through the process. She was sympathetic, calming, and reassuring while very capably handling all the details. The first time we went to see the house we eventually bought it was raining so we didn’t see the outside. When we mentioned this in conversation later, she right away said well let’s go back and see it again. When we had a question about the foundation she made sure the Home inspector was specialized in structural engineering. I felt complete faith and confidence in Erin. I can’t imagine having gone through the process with anyone else.

We were very nervous about selling our home. Erin was able to guide us as to what improvements would be best to make it stand out. She did a complete marketing plan and even gave us the names of contractors and landscapers to help with the renovations. I am happy to say that despite 3 other houses in our neighborhood going up for sale around the same time, ours sold IN 4 DAYS FOR $5K OVER ASKING PRICE!!! I highly recommend her and her team.
