Buying and selling a house was a major ordeal for me. Erin Rogers was just wonderful at helping me through the process. She was sympathetic, calming, and reassuring while very capably handling all the details. The first time we went to see the house we eventually bought it was raining so we didn’t see the outside. When we mentioned this in conversation later, she right away said well let’s go back and see it again. When we had a question about the foundation she made sure the Home inspector was specialized in structural engineering. I felt complete faith and confidence in Erin. I can’t imagine having gone through the process with anyone else.
