Eric was highly knowledgeable about the Denver market and maintenance/projects that would add value to my new home. He was great to communicate with and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again or recommend his services to others!

Eric is the best. Always there and quick to answer questions. He was very helpful. I would have have him 11 out of 10 if I could.

Eric was the definition of professionalism. From the first home we toured together to the last, he was intimately tuned to our every need. His comprehensive knowledge of the Denver (and surrounding) markets will make any home buyer’s journey a breeze. Eric has secured a role as lifetime agent...if we ever decide to leave this perfect home.

There are no words to describe how grateful I am to have crossed paths with these two during the sale of my first home. I talked to 15 different relators,, looking for the right one but was able to score these two. The reason they stood out is their team effort. Each brought a layer of brilliance to the table but it was good to know I was working with Colorado Natives,, that understood Denver. They communicated well,, had realistic comps,, understood the market,, how to market,, and the psychology behind both sides of the table. They didn't try to sell me in their presentation,, they just presented the facts. They didn't try to convince me that they were the ones or that they could get me x amount of dollars. They were clear that there are no guarantees but they presented what they thought the home would go for and how to go about it. They were direct and honest. Once we signed on together,, they listened to what I needed as an individual seller. They took the stress away through out the process,, letting me in on what I needed to know,, but not worrying me over the little things. Which is exactly what I asked from them. They explained every question I had when I needed them to. They gave advice,, which I took to heart and in return,, it paid off. It is because of these reasons,, I was able to sell my home for a record high per square foot in my neighborhood. I hope that if you are looking for a realtor,, they are who you call as you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend them to my friends and family,, and if ever needed in the future,, I will be using them again myself.

We had a great experience working with Eric on our recent purchase. He helped us discover the different neighborhoods of Denver and dial in our needs in our Denver home. We spent time looking at several homes and never felt pressured to act. He guided us through the purchase process and made sure we found a house that we love and closed easily and on time. I would highly recommend Eric to anyone looking to purchase in Denver.

I appreciated Eric's guidance and expertise during our home buying process. He understood our priorities and goals and tried to keep us on that path when the options were slim. I trusted his value assessments in a location and real estate market that is new to us. Eventually we found something that works great for us, and we had fun doing it! Thanks Eric!

Genuine, professional, and competent.

Eric was a wonderful realtor and I would recommend him to friends and family. He took the time to get to know us and really listened to our wants in a house. Thank you for helping us find our home.
