I can't recommend Eddie highly enough. He was outstanding throughout the entire process—professional, incredibly efficient, responsive, and always on top of every detail. One of his greatest strengths was his ability to coordinate and get things done quickly. During the inspection period, he went above and beyond to make sure we had all the necessary inspections scheduled and completed in a timely manner. From the roof and sewer inspections to the foundation evaluation and structural engineer, he handled the coordination seamlessly and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. His efficiency, knowledge, and ability to keep things moving made an enormous difference, especially during a time-sensitive process with so many moving parts. I always felt that he was one step ahead and genuinely looking out for our best interests.
