One thing that really stood out was how available and involved he stayed, even when he physically wasn’t on island. When Drew was out of town, Alina was there covering down and making sure everything kept moving. You could tell immediately that Drew has built great working relationships with the people around him and that he has a team he trusts. At the same time, even while he was on vacation, Drew was still checking in with me and making himself available. I never expected that from him, but it says a lot about the kind of person he is and how seriously he takes helping his clients. My situation wasn’t exactly simple because I wasn’t physically there for much of the process either. Drew stepped up in ways that went far beyond what I would normally expect from a realtor. Whether it was taking care of things at the property, helping with painting and other little issues, coordinating with people, or dealing with something unexpected, he was there. More importantly, he never made any of it feel like an inconvenience. Whenever something came up, Drew was upfront with me. He didn’t sugarcoat things or wait until the last minute. He communicated what was happening, explained what needed to be done, and usually already had a plan for how we were going to handle it. Looking back on the entire process, what I appreciate most is how stress-free Drew made selling my home. There are a lot of people who will say they “go above and beyond” for their clients, but Drew actually showed me what that means. He cared about the sale, but he also cared about me and what I was going through personally. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me through this process. Drew didn’t just help me sell my home—he made what could have been an incredibly stressful experience feel manageable from beginning to end. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about the people he works with.
