Drew has been a highly professional, kind, thoughtful guide through the entire complicated process of buying a condo. He plans ahead and makes sure he checks with us every step of the way. It's extremely different from when we bought our current home in 1990; so much more paperwork involved! Drew's optimism and positive outlook are exemplary and very much appreciated.

From the very beginning, working with Drew felt different. He was extremely personable, easy to talk to, and just someone I connected with right away. I never felt like I was just another client or another house he was trying to sell. He took the time to understand my situation and what I needed throughout the process. One thing that really stood out was how available and involved he stayed, even when he physically wasn’t on island. When Drew was out of town, Alina was there covering down and making sure everything kept moving. You could tell immediately that Drew has built great working relationships with the people around him and that he has a team he trusts. At the same time, even while he was on vacation, Drew was still checking in with me and making himself available. I never expected that from him, but it says a lot about the kind of person he is and how seriously he takes helping his clients. My situation wasn’t exactly simple because I wasn’t physically there for much of the process either. Drew stepped up in ways that went far beyond what I would normally expect from a realtor. Whether it was taking care of things at the property, helping with painting and other little issues, coordinating with people, or dealing with something unexpected, he was there. More importantly, he never made any of it feel like an inconvenience. Whenever something came up, Drew was upfront with me. He didn’t sugarcoat things or wait until the last minute. He communicated what was happening, explained what needed to be done, and usually already had a plan for how we were going to handle it. Looking back on the entire process, what I appreciate most is how stress-free Drew made selling my home. There are a lot of people who will say they “go above and beyond” for their clients, but Drew actually showed me what that means. He cared about the sale, but he also cared about me and what I was going through personally. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me through this process. Drew didn’t just help me sell my home—he made what could have been an incredibly stressful experience feel manageable from beginning to end. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about the people he works with.

Exceptional transparent communication, service and professionalism!

"Jennifer recently delivered a very tricky and fast-paced deal for my home purchase. There were a few curveballs thrown at us during the process, and Jenn not only reacted swiftly, but she magically turned them to our advantage and I ended up with an amazing deal in a hyper-competitive market. I was willing to give the farm away, yet Jenn's business savvy ended up saving me tons of money, not to mention made me feel entirely comfortable during the most stressful project of my life. Her service continues to amaze me after the deal as well. Jenn is a top-shelf agent wrapped in aloha, and I can't recommend her enough."

Jenn was wonderful to work with. She was timely, computer knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process which was appreciated since I live on the mainland and was not available in person to sign paperwork. If I were to buy or sell other properties I would always utilize Jenn's expertise."

"We'd worked with a few agents before in the past year and never felt completely comfortable. As soon as we met Jenn, we knew we'd found our agent. She is honest, professional and above all, understood what our needs were. She is fantastic. Highly recommended."

Jen has been a fantastic realtor for us. Not only did she move our current home quickly, but worked extremely hard and diligently to negotiate the best price and details to ensure it all worked out. Although not everything went smoothly, not Jen’s fault, she reassured us constantly that things were on track. In the end we got what we needed for the sale of our home and what we wanted in the purchase of our new home. Thanks Jen!!

Top notch service by a true professional!
