Doug is a dedicated, thoughtful realtor (but also as a person in general). Selling my mother's house was an extremely stressful. Emptying out a house with 25 years worth of clutter was hard enough, but the process also included all kinds of unexpected set-backs: a sagging roof and undependable, unprofessional roofers (i.e. BCI roofing; do not hire!), jerry-rigged garage carpentry from a previous owner, and a crumbling chimney that had to be rebuilt. This took months, and Doug was there with us all the way trying to keep things on track, including my sanity. If I texted a question at 9:00 at night, he'd get back to me right away with an answer and/good advice. This is what I mean by dedication. I wholeheartedly recommend Doug as a Realtor.

My experience with Doug was extremely excellent from the time we met him (about 2 years ago) to the closing date of our new home! We have now become friends with with Doug, he has answered all my questions I have had through out the years and will feel that I have a new person in my life. He was patient and always listened to me when I was anxious, or excited, or to what I was questioning or concerned with. He made my family and our needs the true focus. He made sure to encourage me to stay within my budget and not exceed what I was able to do financially. He worked extremely well and quick with any and all communication - with me and those we were working with. He was always upbeat and pleasant, even if things were frustrating at times. He worked extremely well with me and with the sellers, mortgage brokers, etc. I hands down would recommend Doug for any reality needs. If I ever sell this home or buy any new property I will, without a doubt, make sure I use Doug for that process again. Thank you so much again, Doug! Doug was absolutely amazing in this entire process. He helped my husband and i find our perfect home. We had a little bit of a frustrating time getting an accepted offer but it never deterred Doug, he encouraged us to keep looking and not to give up. Just a few days later we had an accepted offer.
