First, I want to just say thank you, Doug. Thank you for taking the time to understand what my wants and needs were for my family and our home. Thank you for being supportive and patient. And thank you for helping my kids and me find our home. Doug took the time to learn what my needs and wants were for my family. He didnt rush me or push me to make any decisions. He encouraged me to think though certain things before making any decision. Doug wanted to make sure I found the right place for my kids and myself. He was patient and always listened to me when I was anxious, or excited, or to what I was questioning or concerned with. He made my family and our needs the true focus. He made sure to encourage me to stay within my budget and not exceed what I was able to do financially. He worked extremely well and quick with any and all communication - with me and those we were working with. He was always upbeat and pleasant, even if things were frustrating at times. He worked extremely well with me and with the sellers, mortgage brokers, etc. I hands down would recommend Doug for any reality needs. If I ever sell this home or buy any new property I will, without a doubt, make sure I use Doug for that process again. Thank you so much again, Doug!
