Doug really went above and beyond for us! He guided us through the entire process, he even helped us to find the right service people to knock out our to-do repair punch list. He found us the perfect person to buy our home, someone that will enjoy it as much as we did.

Doug, did an excellent job in the preparation, marketing and selling of my home. He provided suggestions that well suited my property and didn't go overboard. His understanding of the market and what it was doing at the time my house was for sale. Proved valuable especially when it brought in an offer well over asking price. He is honest and straight forward. I enjoyed working with Doug and his team. I would highly recommend Doug. Chris Sherwood

Second time using Doug for a purchase, and it was a great experience. Doug’s experience truly shines—every time we toured a house, he pointed out details we wouldn’t have noticed, helping us understand what to look for and what to avoid. Doug’s knowledge of the market and his negotiation skills ensured we got the best deal possible. His communication was clear and prompt, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with Doug’s dedication and expertise. Highly recommend!

Working with Doug was easy and seamless. He went above and beyond to make sure we saw all the houses we wanted to and was so knowledgeable in all of his advice. This is our second house we’ve bought with Doug and we know we can always call him! He’s the best and we recommend working with him to everyone.

Doug and his team stepped in and helped us prepare and sell our house while we navigated a challenging divorce. His diplomacy and help were first class.

Our Windermere agent, Doug McKiernan, did an outstanding job from start to finish in helping us get our home on the market and selling our residence. He made the whole process efficient and easy. He comes highly recommended by us.

Doug did an outstanding job for us. He talked with us over a long period of time as we were considering selling, providing careful market analyses at different points. He quickly delivered buyers by sharing with fellow agents/brokers in his network and followed through on the whole transaction, answering our questions promptly. In particular, Doug did an excellent job readying our home for the market. He had inspector, handyman and various tradespersons right at hand and personally supervised their work, which was, without exception, well done. We highly recommend Doug for your home sale needs.

Exceeded our Expectations!!! We had the pleasure of working with Doug when we were originally in the market to buy and again 9 years later when we decided to sell. Doug went above and beyond the role of an agent and was an integral part of the remodel project. As out of state sellers, we were extremely thankful and impressed with Dougs representation of our best interests! He provided daily updates throughout the remodel, listing and offer review process. We highly recommend Doug as a 5 Star agent in the Greater Seattle area!

*10 out of 10!* As out-of-state remote sellers, we were impressed with the exceptional level of service Doug provided from day one and felt fortunate to have him handling all the details so we could enjoy peace of mind knowing the property was in good hands. With his deep local market expertise (especially of Mercer Island as a longtime resident himself), Doug came up with a custom pricing, marketing, and offer evaluation strategy for our home which was executed flawlessly in record time. He excelled at project managing all aspects of the listing/selling process from start to finish, keeping us informed every step of the way. We had full confidence in his approach to best position our home for a successful sale and were not disappointed as the results greatly exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for an agent with integrity and professionalism who will go above and beyond, you can't do better than Doug. He is a responsive and personable communicator and skilled negotiator with the knowledge and experience to assist with any issues that may arise. His passion for real estate and consistently going the extra mile for his clients was wonderful to see and made for a super positive experience overall with minimal stress. We wholeheartedly recommend Doug McKiernan to anyone seeking to work with the best of the best on their next real estate transaction!

Doug was recommended to me by a dear friend. The house we sold was my sister-in-law's and it was a stressful and sad time. Clearing her house out and deciding what to do with the contents and then knowing how to prepare it added to the stress. Doug came along and was so helpful with anything that we needed, going above and beyond providing support that of any other realtor we could have imagined. He was incredibly responsive and patient as we worked through the process of making decisions and handling details and we're so grateful to him for all of his expertise and support along the way.
